As we age we slowly know how to appreciate the antioxidants from green tea capsules (TeGreen97) and the fatty acid that’s great for heart, brain, joint and complexion from Krill & Fish Oil softgels (MarineOmega), one of the condition I had was when I consume fish oil I tend to have nose block, until I got hold of MarineOmega by Pharmanex (Nu Skin), as I am just starting out I can’t really tell it’s benefit, only one obvious improvement is that I’ve always had acnes out break before and during menstrual cycle, I don’t get it this time around *yay*.
