Are you considering some product that promotes lifting effect on your face and neck, to deliver a more youthful appearances? I thought I would try the Face Lift Powder and Face Lift Activator myself to really see what it could offer. I have a couple of things I would wish to establish though it might not be totally necessary for now:
- Jaw lines – I used to have very sharp jawlines that gives me a total V-shaped face, this disappeared when I was pregnant with my son (the odds are, this didn’t happened when I was pregnant with his sister), the sides of my face practically went “wide-opened” especially towards almost the end of pregnancy. My jawlines sorta restore after 6 or 8 months after giving birth but it no longer is how it was, I have bigger face than before, though the differences aren’t really noticeable.
- Lifting the face cheeks
- Lighten my dimples – I don’t really have dimples when I was growing up, but I somehow developed some as I aged, it’d been nice if they are the round, deep, cute little dimples but they aren’t, they are like a long, shallow cut on my cheek and as I aged, the dimples grew “longer”.
So I am ready to find out! The setup to go with Nu Skin Face Lift Powder and Face Lift Activator:
- Miniature Foundation Brush from Bobbi Brown
- Empty St. Dalfour Fruit Spread miniature jar
- Stirrer
- Measuring spoon
Scoop 2.5ml of Face Lift Powder
Pour 2.5ml of Face Lift Activator
Stir until it’s fully mixed and became a half-transparent liquid, lotion.
Dip foundation brush into the jar and then apply the solution all around the face and neck:
- On the face: Apply lotion with upwards motion, from the sides of your nose towards the sides of your eyes.
- On the neck: Apply upwards from chest towards your chin.
Leave it dry for 30 minutes. I could feel that the skins on my face and neck are tighten by the solution and I could barely do a smile. No. I’ve tried sipping some lemon juice too, could barely open my mouth, and I did not try using a straw; I also tried to eat, no, can barely open my mouth. So the summary is to wear a poker face for 30 minutes, then rinse it off gently and thoroughly, then apply your usual facial regime to keep my skins hydrated.
So here’s the outcome.
I took the “before” picture at around 11:30am, and the “after” at 1:30pm, these pictures are unfiltered/unedited pictures so the warmth is bound to be different due to the timing of shooting it.
I do see some improvement, not much, but there are some, that my jawlines did became sharper and more noticeable.
The most visible outcome will be my long dimples, became less visible for about 8 hours. 🙂
I am a believer of “prevention is better than cure”, just like how I’ve religiously uses SK-II’s Clear Lotion and SK-II Essence, I would add Nu Skin’s Face Lift Powder and Activator into my facial care routines, perhaps twice a week, and then we’ll see if I will be able to show you something interesting 10 years later. Haha.
Hope you had fun reading!
