It Starts with You
When a new user uses the baseline set of serums and moisturizers for 2 weeks, the next step is to complete a simple electronic skin assessment test that determines his or her skin care needs through a series of questions concerning environment, individual skin attributes, region, personal aging preferences and concerns. Users can dial in targeted benefits with the serums that best fit their skin care concerns and needs. At the end of the assessment, users receive a skin care code for their precise customised regimen. The assessment can be completed multiple times to account for changing needs such as geographic location, seasons and skin care priorities.
